Kayak Explorers is paddling group on the west coast of Florida. Our members are mainly residents of Sarasota and Manatee Counties, but everyone is welcome to join. Our friendly group is suitable for beginners as well as more advanced paddlers. On some of our paddles we have a faster group and a more moderate speed group to accommodate any level. Paddles are on the beautiful rivers and creeks of Sarsota, Manatee and Charlotte counties and will be about 6 to 8 miles long and last about 3 hours. Walks are in scenic areas of the Venice, Nokomis and Osprey area and probably won't be over 3 miles...and will always be for both you and your best canine friend.
